About Caribbean Cocktail Tour

The inaugural CARIBBEAN COCKTAIL TOUR is a landmark regional collaboration uniting three of the Caribbean’s most influential cocktail bars —

Bon Vivants (The Bahamas), La Factoría (Puerto Rico) and Library by the Sea

(Cayman Islands) — for a three-city tour celebrating Caribbean creativity,

craftsmanship, and cultural spirit.

This initiative aims to bring international awareness to the Caribbean as a top

cocktail destination, one ready to take its place on the global stage alongside the

world’s most recognized bar regions.

In partnership with Diageo Reserve, the tour will highlight the brand’s leadership in

premium spirits, storytelling, and innovation — while amplifying the voices of

Caribbean bartenders shaping the region’s next era of hospitality

Kyle Jones: A hospitality vet of 25 years, Jones has been the pioneer for craft cocktail culture in The Bahamas, co-founding the country's first craft cocktail bar, Bon Vivants, in 2019. Since then he has gone on to open Yellowbell, The Dilly Club, started Old Pal Hospitality, a cocktail consulting agency and has two new projects opening in the new year. 

Roberto Berdecia: Berdecia is a leading figure in Puerto Rican and Latin American mixology, with over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is the co-founder of La Factoria, a bar repeatedly recognized among The World's 50 Best Bars, as well as other influential projects such as Lost Paradise, JungleBird, Licoreria Miramar, & Puerto Rico Cocktail Week.

Jim Wrigley: With over 20 years in the global hospitality scene, Jim Wrigley has shaken cocktails at Buckingham Palace, tiki-fied Caribbean beach bars, and designed drinks programs from London to New York to the Cayman Islands. As Beverage Manager at Kimpton's Seafire Resort+ Spa, he launched Library by the Sea, a bar inspired by rare spirits and stories, gaining buzz across both trade and consumer audiences. 

Wayne Epple: Epple has 20+ years of international experience across the Caribbean, Australia, the UK, and the USA. Managing Partner of Global Beverage and Culture Agency, Coruscent Co., collaborating with TOTC, 50 Best Bars, and Diageo World Class. He also owns ecoSPIRITS Cayman and Drinks Ltd. Wayne has contributed to The Spirited Awards and W50B, with  accolades for Best New International Cocktail Bar Honoree and 50 Best Discovery for Next Door
